In a world at war,

young mages are drafted

to become solders at an academy of magic.

Not long ago, there was a little girl.

       When she felt very sad or lonely she revisited a dream.

       In the dream, a boy with magical powers promised to take her to a place where she would learn the art of sorcery and together they’d become champions for good.

       However, her fairytale ideals were unrealistic in a world where magic didn’t exist. The hearts of men were dark, and even the noblest champions often fought for reasons that weren’t always righteous or true.

    Over time, hardship forced the little girl to grow up. She stopped believing in magic, the dream faded, and she became a young lady who was well-versed in the art of logic ... for her own good.

       But the boy never stopped believing in her.
